Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us noting your order number. We'll see what can be done
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-7 business days for processing and dispatching. Note that this receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Norvine distributed by coast2coast international shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Norvine distributed by coast2coast international shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the store are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team in a timely manner. Norvine distributed by coast2coast international reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. We will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. Norvine distributed by coast2coast international reserves the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
Wrong size / exchanges:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
Exchanges or online store credit can be granted within 14 days from when the shipment is received. Notice must be given to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from when the shipment is received regarding any problems or concerns with the merchandise. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. Returns for pure refund are not accepted. If you want to exchange an item for another, return for store credit.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to the sender for exchange or store credit, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.
Any item(s) purchased at regular price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale. All orders purchased during sales are final, no exchanges or refund.
